In Vilnius, broker’s fees are typically up to one month’s rent (usually less, around 200-300€) and are divided among all housemates. For example, if the total rent is 800€ and your share is 400€ per month, you would pay a one-time broker’s fee of up to 400€.
Upfront payments are very common, with landlords typically requiring three months’ worth of rent plus broker’s fee in advance: first month’s rent, broker’s fee, and a security deposit. Using the same example, each tenant would need to pay 1200€ + broker’s fee upfront when signing the lease.

The symbol of Vilnius, Gediminas Castle Tower is one of the best places to see the city's magnificent panoramas and learn about the castles of old Vilnius. The red roofs of Vilnius, the church towers, and the narrow streets of the Medieval Old Town are a stunning sight.
This shrine is a symbol of Lithuanian baptism. The Cathedral Basilica of St. Stanislaus and St. Ladislaus is built in the very centre of the city on the site of a former pagan temple and next to Vilnius’ defensive castle. Lithuania’s patron saint St. Casimir rests in the Cathedral Basilica.
During the 15th, 16th centuries and the first half of the 17th century, the Palace of the Grand Dukes was a political, diplomatic, administrative and cultural center of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

The Old Town, surrounded by nature and a developing city, is where historic legacy and contemporary culture are harmoniously paired.
